From the moment we arrived on Dream until we left a week later we couldn’t fault our holiday. The crew were great, every meal was fabulous, cabin extremely comfortable with good shower and loads of hot water. Our guide on board was incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant at getting us round the many temples and museums. With only 12 passengers if you like ‘small’ couldn’t recommend this cruise enough. I went with my wife to spend a little time off work. This is one of the best trips I’ve ever been on! Well organized from the start regarding pick up and comfortable transport. Watching the world go by, on an incredibly stylish and calm Dahabiya, stopping for the odd temple or farm/village authentic experience, was truly a bucket list item. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have. The Dream was absolutely wonderful and all the staff so courteous and helpful. The food was excellent, Mahmoud was great, always making sure we were happy and had everything we needed and our Egyptologist Ahmed was also fabulous and incredibly knowledgeable. Both had a good sense of humour and together they helped make the holiday the success it was. Also, I mustn’t forget the 3 nights we had in Cairo. It was absolutely the right choice to have our first day at leisure relaxing in the hotel and then our guide for the rest of the time in Cairo was also excellent.

Dahabiya Nile Sailing is working towards improved sustainability of our boats and tours. We minimize the use of plastic and diesel whenever possible.There are solar panels to reduce diesel consumption on most of the boats. One of the advantages of the dahabiya is that it can anchor at any location along the Nile banks. This gives more possibilities for site visits, activities, and experiences along the Nile compared to the regular Nile Cruises which are limited to only 2-3 stops along the same sailing route.

A wonderful chef including beautiful delicious desserts. The room was larger than expected with a luxury bathroom. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and able to impart that knowledge to us fascinating and incredible.
I and my girlfriends went on this trip alone. Traveling with Memphis was very safe for us. Very detailed history got to most sites - weather was so great also our guides were great. The whole tour was out of this world and it was so humbling. Every day was well organized we didn't experience any issues.
